The Mind-Body Assessment
The Thais Gimenez Method Mind-Body Assessment reveals profound insights about your mind, uncovering the hidden roots of the challenges you meet in everyday life. By understanding your capabilities and your limits, and by naming your real needs and motivations, you'll find the shortest path to results that actually matter.
I would like my AssessmentDiscover what your body already knows
Learn how to read the truth your body has been holding, and generate results with far less struggle.
Your body and your mind are wired together through the nervous system: a network of billions of neurons, connected by electric signals, that begins forming in the first years of life and keeps developing all the way down the spinal cord.
During those early years, this network is shaped by your experiences, engraving survival patterns for every challenge and every moment of stress you meet. Little by little, your physical posture becomes a record of your mind, each experience quietly shaping the person you are today.
Five traits, one clearer way of living
The five essential traits you carry are adaptations your mind and nervous system built over time, and those patterns are printed on your body. Once you understand your own operating pattern, you stop swimming against the current: you name your strengths, use them on purpose, and stop working so hard to solve challenges you already have the tools for.
Two steps, guided by a certified instructor
Character Traits Map
Working from photos of your body (head, torso, back and legs), your certified instructor builds your personal chart, mapping the exact weight of each of your five essential traits.
Two individual sessions
In the first 90-minute session, your instructor walks through your Character Traits Map, unpacking your patterns in thought, feeling and behavior, and the unconscious motivations behind them. In the second session, you'll learn the strategies developed by the Thais Gimenez Method to work through your current challenges, protect your well-being and expand what's possible for you.
Prepare to live an extraordinary life
Once your Mind-Body Assessment is done, you'll be equipped to put it into practice, not just understand it in theory.
Real reflections from real sessions
I'd been in therapy for a while, and I'd never had as much self-knowledge as I do now, with this tool.
Assessment clientIn the first session I already said the investment had paid off. It's like she has a crystal ball, how does she know all this about me?
Assessment clientThe hardest part to hear was exactly the point the chart had highlighted.
Assessment clientIt's great to know there's nothing wrong with me, people simply have different profiles.
Assessment clientThe people behind the method
Two backgrounds, one focus: turning self-knowledge into behavior you can actually use.
